I forget to get a ladder and look for flowers on the maples. Lovely macros! I like the bee fly and the Grosbeak too, such a lovely shade of red on its chest.

ReplyDeleteWe have Japanese maples, but I never saw them bud! They just get little red tips on the branches, and then they become leaves.

Stunning, radiant yellow blooms. Love the bee. But my favoutite must be the colour detail of the grosbeak.
