oh karen, what a wonderful group of images!! my oriole has left, i have not seen her in about a week, i am so happy she deceided to spend the winter with me. but i miss her!!
ReplyDeletedo you always have orioles in the summer?? yours are beautiful, it is a lot of work keeping up with their food needs. my girl prefered grape jelly and only ate the orange if there was no jelly!!
poor patches, she has no idea what she has gotten herself in to!!!
poor mama squirrel! exhausted, no doubt! love the oriole pair (and i know you love having them!)

Those orioles are spectacular -- you amaze me how you get the perfect shot every time! OK -- you know I don't like squirrels, but she's a cutie.

ReplyDeleteYou are so blessed to have the orioles. I tried for them last year, putting out jelly and fruit. No dice. I'm glad you gave an explanation of the squirrel's patchiness...I was concerned.
