Bush cucumber
Lots of flowers, only one cuc so far!
Swiss chard
With a little bug heart eaten out on the lower leaf. I am an organic gardener.
IMHO swiss chard tastes lke grass, no matter how you prepare it!
I don't think I'll grow it next year.

This little guy is about the size of a dime.
It's been HOT and HUMID for over a week now, with temps of 100F-113F. My garden is growing great! I on the other hand have wilted!

In Mourning
My Father-in-law, a wonderful human being has left this earth, and begun his journey to "another" world.
He loved
nature, and found particular joy for many years, visiting a tundra swan
sanctuary, where migrating swans stopped to rest, and fuel up for their voyage
afar.
It is now his
time to rest.
We love you dad,
as our hearts are breaking, we wish you safe passage.
RIP dear man.
