Red-breasted (looks more orange to me) Nuthatch,
from the window. I was able to open the window to get these pics. This little guy is pretty tame. (I am healing well, and able to get around better now! I went for a short walk down by the river Sunday afternoon. It didn't yield much photo wise, but it was wonderful to be outside!!) Okay... I did get a pretty awesome Canada Goose photo or two, which I will post next week.
Exquisite detail on this sweet little bird! I am glad that you are healing and able to get outside for a bit! xxReplyDelete

If you can get neat photos like this just by shooting out your window... you are living in great surroundings. Lucky you!ReplyDelete

Cheers (and thinks for the link!)

I get most of my bird pictures from the back door or windows as well - but none as magnificent as these. (guessing I need to find some birds with poorer hearing skills because they take off as soon as I approach)ReplyDelete
