absolutely wonderful photos Karen. There is a pair of cardinals nesting in a bush outside my bedroom window, I'be been watching them from their courtship this winter, to nest building and now Mamma is sitting on the eggs. I know exactly where the nest is, but it is covered well by foliage and I cannot get a photo. It is fun just knowing what is happening, watching poppa come back and forth.
Benny, he is the cutest, do all your squirrels have names? and all the birds, every one has so many different feathers, amongst their main ones, hope your weather is warming up as we cool down.
Well hello Benny! I don't remember you from last year. (He's looking pretty good; spring molt must be over?). And the feathers are wonderful.. as always. Great shot of the red-wing showing off his colors.
Hello Karen..I hope the weather will let you get out before it gets too warm. From too cold to too warm.. Beautiful fur on this squirrel and the detail on the birds is wonderful...Michelle
Fabulous photos, Karen. The squirrel looks so at home on your deck! The birds look very healthy and happy. (I guess because they have a generous and loving hostess?)
Hi Karen, beautiful birds - I love all your photos of them. Seems I'm a smitten with handsome Benny as a lot of others - he's just the most gorgeous fellow!! Cheers now :D)
