It's like all those birds were posing just for you!
...to have them pose for you within the same area is awesome.Still snow? OMGoodness!!!
just makes me LAUGH! such sweet shots, though. beautiful light on the starling.
Lovely topmodels... sweet shots!
I laughed when I got down to the squirrel. Too funny.I love that pole. You got terrific shots!

Beautiful birds and the squirrel is so cute.
a "hot spot" for sure!!
Love them all - especially the flying squirrel! ;-)
Lovely shots for a very busy feeder. Love the squirrel's tail 'feathers'.
A great series of photos. The pole provides a perfect place for photos. I wonder how the squirrel finds a way up there?
These are really beautiful photos. And yes, your squirrel is very smart. :)
Wow, your bird shots are always so beautiful! I hope to see the American tree sparrow some day. What a sweet little thing!
Super bird pics, feathers so clear. But my vote, your tail curled up fellow, how does he get there? Cheers, Jean.
Gorgeous serie, well done!
Excellent photography Karen, I love the Sparrow, fantastic.
How cute can be to watch so close these little birds... various kind of sparrows (vrabiute) and the starling (graur)... even the squirrel look so funny! thank you for sharing...
If there is food, they will get to it, no matter what. They are such clever little things, and they don't give up easily.Your feathered friends are so pretty, Karen, especially that starling. What beautiful colors.
The very best and most beautiful pole sitters. Thank you.
Wonderful shots of the birds and squirrel.
Beautiful birds. You're such a good photographer to be able to catch those little guys so well up on top of poles. I thought you only had exotic black squirrels -- this smart guy looks like the ones I see in Oregon. We have them here in Florida too but they are skinnier..
Wonderful collection of birds and photos. I would love to see and photograph the Tree Sparrow. Enjoy the rest of your week!
Fabulous captures! The birds you take photos of seem to stay still long enough for you to capture them. Love seeing the fine details of the fur and feathers.
Absolutely stunning photos.
Lovely, lovely captures! I was so surprised to see the squirrel at the end--they're so sweet!
wow! wonderful pics up to your usual excellent standard!good to have the pole as a point of reference to the size of each bird (and flying squirrel!) *S*love the mohawk hairdo on the sparrow too! *LOL*
Les gros plans sont extraordinaires on voit ces oiseaux si fragiles.Close-ups are amazing we see these fragile birds.Have a nice day. Cath.
Looks like a fav. spot to pause for all. Great captures.

Your shots are always beautiful and in sharp focus, Karen! The squirrel is one talented critter :)
I not sure the human mind will ever be able to out smart a squirrel! Great pictures.I don't see why people post the negative comments - they must just be having a bad day, and need somebody to kick! Say more about them than me.Cheers - Stewart M - Melbourne
