Come Sail Away

sharing with...

where you share 5 random facts about you, your day,
your pets, your kids, whatever

1. I love sailing. and also enjoy watching boats sail across open water.
2. Canoeing and kayaking both come in at a close second.
3. I got stuck inside my kayak last summer. My MS was flaring, and I went numb from the waist down. Hubbers had to pull me from the boat.
4. Kayaking is now off my list...or maybe I'll use a sit on top kayak.
5. I am not a fan of motor boats, jet boats, or sea-doos. They are noisy, and pollute the water.

Soy gives me hives. 4. My house is so neat (now that it's on the market) that it looks as if no one is living here. 5. It's driving me crazy not being able to nest in my new house and make my mark on it (except for the changes I've made in the garden).

#3 sounds scary. My dad and stepmom like to kayak, but when my dad hurt his ankle a couple of years ago, he can't do it as much. Too difficult getting in and out of the boat.

  39. Karen,
I have never been sailing or kayaking. I have been in a motor boat.

I am not a big fan of water, but enjoy a ride in the boat.
