I chased this guy around the lilac bushes this morning. It didn't rest for a second, but I am pretty pleased with these shots, even though there is some flutter blur.

Canoeing On Duncan Lake

Duncan Lake is a man-made reservoir lake in the Kootenay region of British Columbia, Canada. It is fed by the Duncan River, which forms part of the boundary between the Selkirk Mountains to the west and the Purcell Mountains to the east.

Merfy Loves Laundy

Our little dog Merfy, can't wait til laundry day. Fresh laundry right out of the dryer, is his invitation to snuggle. Merf is a "Morkie" - Maltese, Yorkshire Terrier cross.

Lardeau River

Lardeau River at Howser, British Columbia, Canada,

within the Selkirk and Purcell mountain ranges.

The Lardeau River connects Trout Lake with Kootenay Lake. 

Both are glacier formed lakes, and that's why the river is this gorgeous colour.
