whoa! that is one exquisite photo, especially when enlarged. the couple on the beach really add a bit of mystery to it too. what a lovely glow - a silent beauty. and your haiku is wonderful! it's simply perfect. happy day to you Karen. my soul is replenished.
Thanks for visiting, how far is Lake Huron from Windsor? I used to study there.
We now have both digital and satelite. My husband says some channels from overseas can't be transmitted by digital. May be we are too far away in the middle of the Pacific ocean.
Have you been to the Great Ocean Road - sounds as if you may have.
We took the inland road this time - during the school holidays the road itself can become a bit of a trial! We have explored the GOR in the past - before children! - so I think it's time for another visit - but we'll wait for the school term to start!
Karen girl that is stunning .. I am so envious of you : ) in a nice way though .. I love seeing the sunrise and sunset in that shade of orange/pink ? .. just beautiful !! Joy
What a fabulous shot! The sun is like a fireball on the horizon; those soft pastel tones at the outer edges are soothing, and even the wave at the forefront seems to have been frozen in time.
Incredible capture - just love how my eyes were drawn straight into the centre of the sunset. And then to find the two sillhouettes on the left. Just wonderful.
Please feel free to leave a comment, and hey, why not follow my blog too. I can't respond to every comment, but I will return the favour and visit your blog. I have turned off word verification, but it randomly shows up, that's a BLOGGER glitch.
