Canadian eh? - My World Tuesday

We get a lot of snow here in Canada, but this set a record in our city
We had almost 80cm(31inches) of snow fall, over a 2 day period (Dec 6-7)

  1. It does look cold!! Beautiful, but cold! I raised my family in Montana, so I do know about snow and cold. Do miss it about this time of year, but the older I get the less I want to have to get around in it! Your photos really capture the beauty! Hope you have a great week! Enjoy!

  5. Hi Karen, this looks like a LOT of snow. It looks very much like Xmas, very beautiful. The snowflakes in the window are lovely.

  6. I am not sure where you are in Canada. In my part of BC it is raining and gray and the early snow went completely away. Snow makes the best pictures, though. Thanks for sharing your winter wonderland. :)

  7. It's so beautiful! Kindly send some snow down here!

It's probably close to 0F with the wind chill but no snow. :(

  8. Hi Karen: We're getting the same storm-too much all at once but still not as bad as Sarnia. I had to dig out the snow drifts again to get boom out this AM. They were up to my waist in spots. Boom & Gary of The Vermilon River.

  9. We don't have that much snow, but our temperature drops to only 6 degrees, and the windshield is at -20..

You did get lots of it though..

  14. You have no idea how beautiful these look to me... wish we could trade places. Well, provided there is a warm hearth in that nice house to let me escape from the cold after a while ;-P

  15. Sei que o ser humano se adapta a tudo, mas eu me surpreendo com tanta neve! A imagem é linda, mas não deve ser fácil enfrentar a neve no dia a dia. Obrigada por compartilhar conosco!
