I am also in love with tree-silhouettes against a blue sky, since I use to draw and paint trees and landscapes, I love those form(s) of trees, their individuality ... So i love this image of course !!
Great blue skies, so normal after a snow storm. It's no compensation, but we didn't get any snow. Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada. Good luck with the new camera.
No matter the cause, be it blizzard or fog, heat-haze with dreary white skies or just a number of dull days, when a sky of such clean, clear brilliance appears it doubly gladdens our eyes and fills our heart with joy.
A beautiful shot with the dark trees and white clouds to set off the brilliant blue.
I did some shots like this last winter with a blue blue sky and bare tree limbs it is a great way to look at the sky and trees .. and a relief to see some blue finally ! Joy
So you were very happy to see the blue skies again. Lovely shot. The bare branches are one thing I miss in Australia where most of our trees are evergreen.
