Another Lifer

He flew in the yard,
spent less than a minute on the ground,
then off he went.
Swainson’s Thrush

And this guy (along with countless others) is here for life I think!

    I've seen the thrush only once I believe, we have LA thrushes here very often.

    Two different meanings of lifer... congrats on the first. Great bird and I'm impressed that one minute was enough time for you to take a picture. Let alone ID him. (And I'm glad the the handsome fellow in your second pic is there for life. Because he's always fun to see.)
