Friday The 13th Randomness

1. It's Friday the 13th! Just another day to me. How about you?

2. It's finally warming up, plus 4 today, but I am still freezing!

3. Friday is the day I bake bread (not in a bread machine). This week I am making cheddar onion bread, whole wheat bread, and pretzel buns!

 4. A busy week ahead. My granddaughter (Beep) will be spending her days with me next week. It's March Break (school holidays). Lot's of Canadians go South for March break. Since I am not a hot weather lover, I've always stayed right here.

5. I have an Australian Bearded Dragon (Tucker) as a pet. He will be 15 years old next month. Although "beardies" are desert dwellers, he really enjoys a bath now and again.

Bath time in the sink for Tucker. Look at that big smile on his face!

  14. My birthday is on the 13th (not this month) so I've never taken stock in the "13 is an unlucky number" superstition. You have a very unusual pet!

March 13th is my Grandma's birthday and the day she passed away.

Hope you get some warm weather soon. It's amazing how nice weather helps the soul.

I haven't baked bread forever. I love making my own and need to start that again.

Have a wonderful week with Beep.

I'm impressed with your Friday bread baking! Wow! By the way, my husband and I started "going steady" in October on Friday the 13th back in 1967! We've been married 45 years...so it's not a bad day. :-)

  40. Homemade bread is the best - and cheaper + you know what the ingredients are. I bring bread everyday to work for my lunch (baked with olives, dried cranberry, pumpkin and sunflower seeds)

And the 13th..... well I born on the 13th so I am one of those having 13 as my lucky number :)
