Great works of art like the aforementioned, are not meant to be copied, but are drawn upon for inspiration, and interpretation.
This is the result of Beep's study of those paintings. Her interpretation is fresh and fun!

Hello, I love Beep's tree. A lovely present for her Mom. Is it a secret? Happy Monday, enjoy your new week!
ReplyDeleteBright, beautiful, a treasure to be loved always. Beep, you and Karen are taking your paintings to a whole new level, maybe this is your very special talent?
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, Karen, this is wonderful.
ReplyDeleteSo colorful and cheerful.
What a talented young lady!
Beeps interpretation is wonderful...I hope your daughter doesn't read your blog and ruin her Christmas surprise ))). More seriously, I hope you are able to enjoy the colors, which are perfect! I had a cousin who copied great works of art (or thought she did anyway) and I always had trouble pretending to be impressed. She obviously missed the lesson you have taught Beep so well!
ReplyDeleteThis is beyond beautiful.
ReplyDeleteYay Beep. And you.
Beep's mama will treasure this.
that is just amazing... truly talented...
ReplyDeleteVery nice interpretation. I love Klimpt's paintings in gold. So beautiful and it is lovely that the work is so inspiring to other artists.
ReplyDeleteGreat job, Beep. Grandma is obviously a fine teacher.
ReplyDeleteHow lovely - what a gorgeous painting.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colorful paintings.
ReplyDeleteHello!:) It's wonderful!:) You taught her well, but I can see she is a very talented girl.
ReplyDeleteYour picture does have the feeling of a Klimt or a Kandinsky. I think I have told you before how I love these two artists and have one print hanging in my dining room by Klimt. Your artwork is beautiful and your use of color is perfect. genie
ReplyDeleteI love this work by Beep! I think she has some talent. It really is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful gift. Beep has a lot of talent and it's wonderful that you sow those seeds for a love of great art.
