Note Card Party - April 17

 I rarely edit my photos, some cropping and sharpening is usually all I do. I recently started dabbling with some of the many editing buttons in photo editors, and found it's a lot of fun. Although I am truly a purist when it comes to my photos, I like some of the effects.

I found a great meme  - VEE'S NOTE CARD PARTY
 
You search for four photographs from your own blog that would make a nice set of note cards, and post them on your blog once a month. I thought it would be a fun place to share my altered photos.

    Wonderful photos, Karen. The Canada Geese look so great - one sitting, one standing. I also love the first one with tree branches hanging over the water. So poetic.

    Beautiful photos, Karen, that would make lovely note cards. The chubby geese made me smile.

    I like Picasa's editing capabilities--it is very easy to use.

    I'm mostly only “crop, sharpen, and downsize” only – similar to yourself. But lately I found that I could add speech bubbles too. That's oh such mischievous fun – I'm addicted!
