A Chilly Day At The Beach

Lake Huron is one of the five Great Lakes of North America. It is bounded on the east by the Canadian province of Ontario and on the west by the state of Michigan in the United States. Lake Huron is the second largest of the Great Lakes, with a surface area of 23,000 square miles (59,600 km2) making it the third largest fresh water lake on Earth.

  11. I live here in MI and we are surrounded with water which I like to explore this year. Hopefully I could drag my hubby to go up north to see Lake Superior too. ^_^ Thanks for joining Water World Wednesday

  12. May be chilly, but being at the beach...ANY kinda day, is perfect for me. If it weren't for the threat of hurricanes, I'd have a house just at the safe distance from the shore as tides would allow. LOL

  27. I absolutely love this shot...I spent the better part of my life (from 2 yrs to 42 yrs) camping for amonth every summer at Ipperwash Provincial Park just south of the Pinery! What a beautiful lake (and beach) it is there...
