1. Sunsets over water are one on my favourite things.
2. I've always wanted to live close to the shore of an ocean, lake, river, or pond.
3. I love to listen to the waves crashing over rocks on the ocean shore, or lapping gently on a sandy lake beach
4.I enjoy the fresh invigorating scent of water.
5. No matter what the season or temperature, I always remove my footwear and wade in the shallows.

    although, my husband keeps making the same comment to me over and over about living on the beach, "it's the best place to be on a good day, and the worst place to be on a bad, stormy day"! i tend to disagree!!

    Took me a while to believe that when I moved to Oz, but it's true!

    I would love to visit the ocean more often but I think living there might make it less magical if I saw it on a daily basis.
    I do love wading into the waves too and hearing them as they crash on shore.
